Check out our new section on the Tri-State Curfew Ordinances for the greater Sioux City metro area.
Also included are several downloadable resources. For example, in this section you will find area data including a compilation of the 1999 through 2006 results of the Greater Sioux City Metro Area Youth Survey results, coordinated by Siouxland CARES, in cooperation with Northwest Area Education Agency.
Parents, do you need information on what to do to keep your child from becoming involved in a gang? Check out our most recent gang brochure listed here.

TRI-STATE CURFEW TIMES
If youre serious about preventing alcohol and other drug abuse in Siouxland...Know the curfew laws and enforce them in your home.
10:00 p.m. for minors under the age of 14
11:00 p.m. for minors ages 14 and 15
Midnight for minors ages 16 and 17
Sioux City, Iowa Woodbury County, Iowa Sergeant Bluff, Iowa South Sioux City, Nebraska Dakota County, Nebraska North Sioux City, South Dakota
Note: In certain situations, a minor shall not be considered in violation of the curfew ordinance.
