Sioux City Convention Center

Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Non-Alcoholic Cash Bar

Dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Reverse Raffle at 7:15 p.m.

Join in the St. Patrick’s Day fun by purchasing a $100 ticket for Siouxland CARES Reversing the Trends fundraiser. This ticket includes: Dinner for two, One raffle ticket, an evening of excitement and fun, and chances at winning fabulous prizes while supporting Siouxland CARES youth programs.

We’re reversing the trends so we want you to help us celebrate! Since the trends are reversing, we will reverse the way we serve dinner. Members of the Sioux City Mayor’s Youth Commission and Teen Court will start out by serving a fabulous dessert, followed by a main course of corned beef, cabbage, Irish potatoes and carrots, or a vegetable pasta dinner. The salad will be served last. Enjoy bagpipe music and wonderful entertainment by youth and adults. Dress is casual.

What is a Reverse Raffle? Immediately following dinner we will hold a Reverse Raffle. Only 200 Reverse Raffle tickets will be sold with a grand prize of $4,000 (the last number drawn in the raffle receives the grand prize). Other prizes will be given out to the 1st, 51st, 101st, 151st, and 196th numbers drawn including a weekend stay at Village West Resort in Okoboji, donated by Mike Hoeppner.

Numbers will be drawn until there are only four numbers remaining. Those four ticket holders will be called to the podium and asked if they wish to split the $4,000 grand prize or if they want the raffle to continue. All four ticket holders must agree to split the prize or the raffle will continue. If a ticket holder or a representative holding the ticket is not in attendance the ticket holder automatically agrees to split the prize. In order to pick up your prize at this event, please bring your ticket or a form of identification with you. You may send your ticket with someone to represent you during the raffle.

The purchaser of tickets must be 21 years of age or older.

Call the CARES office today at 712-255-3188 or email cares@longlines.com to reserve your ticket for $100 which includes 1 (one) reverse raffle ticket and 2 dinners or reserve a table for you and your friends for $500 (5 reverse raffle tickets, 10 dinners). ONLY 200 tickets sold!!!
